We ship every order from our warehouse in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, straight to your door — as long as that door is somewhere in the contiguous United States. Right now that means the 48 lower states plus Washington, D.C. Unfortunately we can’t yet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere outside the U.S.

Processing time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day. You’ll get an email as soon as your package leaves our hands.

Transit time & carriers
Once your package is on its way, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Which carrier moves your box depends on your address and the contents — we work with a network of regional and national carriers (the usual suspects: USPS, UPS, FedEx) and always pick the option that balances speed and reliability for your area. Tracking info is included in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs
