If something isn’t working for you, you’ve got 30 calendar days from the day the package is delivered to send it back. We made the process as straightforward as we could.

What’s eligible
Items need to be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging still in place. For footwear, please try them on a clean indoor surface — any scuffs or outdoor wear will make the return tricky. If something arrived damaged or you got the wrong item, let us know right away and we’ll take care of it.

Manufacturing defects
If you believe an item has a manufacturing flaw or doesn’t hold up the way it should under normal use, contact us at info@arcteryyx.it.com. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement even if the product has been used, as long as the issue is reported within the 30‑day return window.

How returns work
Email info@arcteryyx.it.com with your order number. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees and no return shipping charges — returns are free for any reason.

Refund timeline
Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we process the refund within 1 to 2 business days. You’ll see the amount head back to your original payment method. After that, your bank or card issuer typically needs another 7 to 10 business days to post the funds. We’ll send you a confirmation email the moment we issue the refund on our end.

Exchanges
We don’t handle direct exchanges at the moment. The fastest path to a different size or color is to return the first item and place a new order — that way the new piece is already heading your way while the return is in motion.
